Putting my newest update up top so we can end on a positive note. My stuff didn't arrive on release day. It was scheduled to come on Monday, which would mean I would miss the whole weekend to stream the new release. Luckily it came Saturday night. Sucks because now I only have 1 day to stream it but that is better than nothing.
One thing I will give them credit for is their packing. It is better than most other companies I have seen. They also do have super good pricing.
I still stand firm that it was very inappropriate for them to message me on my streaming services instead of communicating via email. I still think that they can work on communicating, they don't answer messages that come through to their website. At the end of the day, the price of their products helps me over look these things, if they end up to not be a continuing factor. I hope to smooth things out with Forge so we can do better business in the future.
The beginning: If you are a streamer, and need new product to come on time to stay competitive, this is not the place. Will come days after release. While most other streamers get their product early. Won't be ordering again. They keep trying to twist that I want the product early. I requested it be sent either the day before release so I can stream on release or at least the hope is to have it on release day for a streaming weekend. I never asked to get it way early as they are implying. Though other streamers without requesting or communicating with the team have gotten their products early. Their responses to my email are making it sound like I never communicated with them when I did indeed send out a message to them and left a note.on the product purchase itself.
New update: They are now not only going off in my email about their review, but they are now also reaching put on my other platforms as well to take down my review. It's a fair review and reaching out on my other platforms is not professional and not appropriate way to address a review. It is also borderline read between the lines way to try to threaten my other platforms. They are trying hard to bully me to remove my review.
Answer to your reply: this is not true about breaking street date. My other streamer friends already have their orders from you a day earlier than release. I also sent you guys messages asking to have it be shipped in time for release day. You are acting like I attempted no communications. I did send a message. Also made a note on the purchase. Also, as noted in your response, we did get 4 boxes- 1 last month plus 3 this month 3+1=4 The first was a gift that didnāt get opened until the same time as the others, so we realized the discrepancy for all 4 at the same time. While I understand everyone makes errors, most businesses make some effort to fix them. I messaged, emailed, and even called to try to come to some resolve before resulting to a bad review to warn others about the poor customer service. Not only were you not willing to make the product received match the description, you offered literally nothing to make it right. Believing that there was no making it right is an unfortunate stance to take in retail and customer service. Iāve been looking forward to this set releasing for over a year. They held my money for five months and then four days before release they canceled every single one of my orders. Three days later, I spoke to a manager and they told me that the owner said they would give me one case and one case only. I told them I would accept this resolution as long as they refunded me the market rate for the boxes, but they would not do this.
