Horrible service if you buy from this company. We purchased a new Ashley sectional and ottoman and the ottoman lost its cushion support (cushion won’t spring back) after two weeks sitting on it once or twice. This company promises savings and fast same day service, but won’t provide service that you expect spending this amount of money. Back and forth he tells us with an Ashley rep and I don’t believe it. Spend the extra money and go to Ashley direct! This is fraud when you don’t provide service and support with actual warranty service. Bad ottoman so replacing it should be painless for customers. Now we are trying to get Ashley to support it and going to BBB and small claims I guess next to get our money back or a new unit! Stay clear of this outfit should you have any service needs in warranty period. (UPDATE: In response to owner reply saying wear and tear issue… A 1-2 month old new furniture shouldn’t have cushion support problems from sitting. Sell your items AS IS because you clearly get a discount for these as not brand new with Ashley warranty/support. A customer also can’t be asked what parts does it need and be considered to repair this ottoman themselves. or say good luck if mfg. will help. So far, Ashley has directed us to you and we asked to get Ashley rep you say your dealing with. Owner seems shady now for customer service and warranty.
