Update: The owner of this store, Joy, truly is a joy! Once again her and her staff went above and beyond the call of duty for a slight mix up with a product I bought. They were so gracious and it really made my day. This store is so beautifully decorated and is my go to for Jellycats among many other treasures. They have an extensive collection of E Newton and other beautiful jewelry pieces. I love supporting local businesses like this one and it is totally worth the drive from Farragut. Thank you Joy and to all your wonderful staff! This is honestly the best gift shop/boutique I have found in the Knoxville area!

I’m very disappointed in the conversation we overheard from the employees in the store yesterday. We always have a great experience when the owner is there, but the days when we don’t see her there is a major difference in the kind of service we get. The young girls standing at the registers were having a conversation about how they are upset about brands being body positive and expanding their size range… this was extremely disappointing to hear while shopping and upsets me that a store i absolutely adore would have employees speaking about these topics loud enough for guests to hear. We took a day trip out of Chattanooga and landed here out of curiosity about the building. Was a library in its former life. Now a great gift/decor store. Super nice people. One even jotted down some other stores in Maryville. I have the feeling downtown Maryville is going to become even more popular than it already...
