I ordered a pick up lunch for my bf & I, its his birthday, & we just wanted something fast, & tasty, waited 15 minutes, & then went because I figured it would be ready, paid for when I arrived, then waited another 15, & asked if they could tell me how much longer it would be, because they weren't busy, only 4 tables. I was told by the manager that they were getting ready to be packaged, & would be right up. After another 15 minutes, watching people who had come in while I was waiting, order, get their food & leave, one of the guys on the line asked if I was waiting for an order, & when I told him yes, for over 45 minutes, he went to the register trying to figure out why I was waiting. The girl at the register then informed me that someone else had picked up my order, who had the same name, & then, someone else from the line walked over to a shelf in the back & picked up a bag, & asked if it was my order. It was, & apparently had been there the entire time. Our sandwiches which were supposed to be hot, were thoroughly chilled at this point, & soggy, & they just laughed it off. I should've been asked if I wanted fresh sandwiches on the house, or something comparable for my trouble, but nothing was offered, &had to bring my bf cold food almost an hour after we ordered, & live 6 minutes away...

Ordered 2 times in January totalled approx. $ 80.00 and yesterday $40.00. First time I called in the order for husband to pick up. When called, the person who took order was abrupt, rude and condescending. My husband came home with food and stated "quite the attitude, person had no customer service skills." I gave her the benefit of the doubt and stated perhaps she's just busy, which is a good thing. Yesterday, ordered $40.00 worth of food and asked for a box. Manager was quite arrogant, "We don't give out boxes, they're all broken down." I then asked for a broken down box which were right within view. Her response "NO." SHE has absolutely NO customer service skills. I requested perhaps a small (bread) box which were packed quite high within view, her response "NO, we can't take bread out!" TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I needed a box to send to my son who is serving in the military and is also a trained firefighter. I can't comprehend anything so inane that a manager can't problem solve something such as this easy and simple as this request. I've never experienced this type of behavior at a managerial level; and I hope I never have to in the future. ...

Do not reccommend to anyone, even my worst enemy. Without fail, every single time I come to this location my order is always wrong, not to mention a soggy mess. One time I requested a roast beef sandwich and recieved corned beef instead. Another time, my boyfriend had a stomach ulcer and needed to eat bland foods, so i ordered a plain sandwich (just a little mayo and lettuce with the meat and cheese) got the sandwich home and had to return to the shop because the sandwich was slathered in spicy mustard. Not to mention it took over 22 minutes to receive my order. The gentleman who ordered ahead of me recieved his sandwich, ate it , and left before my order was even started. And today i ordered through the app, literally spelling it out that there was to be no spicy mustard and yet again they had put mustard on one of the sandwiches I ordered dispite my request. Employees do not seem to care and this can become life threatening if allergies are involved. All employees need training on food allergies, special orders, and conversing with the...

I work down the street and go to Firehouse often. I like the hook & ladder so much I rarely get anything else. This time I decided to step outside the box & get a Jamaican Jerk Turkey sub. It's a new sandwich at Firehouse. It was fantastic! The Turkey was juicy & tender. The jerk sauce was really good & spicy. As always the steaming process makes the sandwich soft and warm. Firehouse has the best crunchy garlic pickles too. You never get a bad sub at Firehouse. Try the cherry lime aid too. It's really good! The staff is polite & quick with the sandwich. It's a good experience at this location.

This was our first and probably last time here. It took a long time to get our sandwiches...we should've noticed before we sat down that the tables were full but hardly anyone had food yet. Two girls were making sandwiches and the others were taking up space. When we got our food, the sandwiches had about half of the meat that the pictures on the menu showed. My husband's Philly Cheesesteak looked like someone had pureed it. My French Dip was pretty thin, too. Not much for those prices!
