T.J. Maxx — Local services in Maryville

In the past few months I've bought a blow-dryer which I discovered upon opening was cracked and the entire button panel was broken off and when I tried to exchange it- ALL of those same blowdryers they were broken and I told them and guess what- they didn't take them off the shelves but kept selling them!, a pair of shoes that had a flaw I didn't realize which was a big lump near the toe area that makes it painful to walk, a sheet set that was supposed to be 4 pieces but only contained 2, a big pack of Mens Champion socks for my husband that, once opened were badly flawed in that I couldn't fit them over my small calf, a pack of silicone straws that were apparently flawed and so flimsy that when you go to sip from them, the very slightest pressure makes them sort of crumple and no liquid can getvthrough AND a bottle of avocado oil that I knew was rancid the moment I cracked the seal because the smell was indescribably horrid. Lol, so im not even attempting to buy anything from this crooked store again. Customers believe they are getting a good deal from other stores who couldn't sell products so they sell them to TJ Maxx at a good price but apparently what's also going on is they are buying things that fail quality checks at the facilities where they are made!
