Extremely rude manager approached me mandating me to put a mask on after I had already told the young worker that I do not choose to wear a mask for medical reasons. The manager basically said it was corporate policy and I could wear one or leave. I told her I just wanted to get a card so I’d only be a few minutes. She basically threw me out of the store. News Flash - you can not mandate anyone wear anything regarding religious and or medical reasons. I will NEVER visit this Hallmark ever again. If it offends others that people have a choice and some choose not to wear masks and it scares them, then they need to stay home. I will be reporting this...

I've always found unique gifts here. Staff has always been polite and helpful. Prices are pretty reasonable and I really love the selection. Photo is of my last purchase. A cute little vase I wanted for mother's day. They carry Natural Life!!! (one of my favorite online stores) They also wrap the gifts well so you don't have to worry about delicate items getting broken. Only complaint is it is so hot in the store. For a Hallmark store this is pretty good and their card selection is good. I actually went in there for a snow globe which they don't have very many of, but the store was clean the assortment was average... Unfortunately it's in that slow Mall setting... And because of the online shopping I don't predict it's going to be open for...
