Girlfriend and I stopped in on March 1st to just look at things, with no intention of buying anything that day. We ended up finding a bar island with 2 stools and a tv console that we couldn’t pass up. Our salesmen, Mitch, was very helpful, not pushy at all. We decided to have our things delivered to us by them which was setup for Thursday. This is where some problems occurred, delivery guys damaged the bar island. They brought it in the door decent enough but they set it on its side, and decided to try and just tilt it up, putting all the weight on one side, we all immediately heard a snap and crack. Not even having the item in my home for 30 seconds, was extremely disappointed. Then tried to say that the item was like that when loaded. Called and spoke to Craig, the store manager, and he took very good care of us and the situation. Went above and beyond. I can only share my shopping experience as I just ordered a new bed & it’ll be a week before it arrives. I worked with Hannah & she was very knowledgeable about the beds. I told her it was for the spare room but it gets used a lot. Prefer a firmer bed but not hard & did not want to spend a fortune as we just got a new bed for our room not to long ago. I told her we liked the Temperpedic at state fair but I wasn’t spending $14,000 on a bed. But was impressed with the cooling part of it. She took me over & showed me what she had gotten that also has cooling in it. The queen Lacey hybrid.
