Starbucks — Restaurant in Mason City

I ordered a grande iced coconut milk mocha macchiato. After waiting at the window for several minutes, she hands me my straw, then she tried handing me a hot drink. I told her I ordered an iced drink. So I waited several more minutes while vehicles lined up behind me, only for her to hand me a regular iced caramel macchiato. I was so sick of waiting and felt so bad for the people behind me that I just drove away with it. I waited 12 minutes for my second drink as all the people behind me received theirs. When I asked about it there were two young men that said very loudly for everyone else to hear that “we will get to when we can.”” The cold bar gets more drinks and takes longer.“I watched three people receive their drinks that were in the same style I ordered, who ordered after me. Terrible service. I understand that places get busy, but the way I was yelled at was embarrassing when there are 20 other customers standing there....

Great location for a Starbucks. This one is located within Target which is fine because if you want to have coffee and shop? Go ahead. There was a line but it was a short line. I got a Small Peppermint mocha and a Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich which was very very good for the $6 pricetag. The staff were very nice and professional.
