I was fond of this location. The baristas were always friendly and there was a least one young lady there who would remember me and get my drinks ready when I walked in without saying a word. It was nice. Then yesterday I go in to pick up a mobile order like usual and the vibe was different. I stood there waiting while they made everyone's coffee but mine and I noticed them whispering to each other and disappearing into a back room. Then suddenly the cops show up. Apparently my wife was previously dissatisfied with her coffee and got into an altercation about it on the phone with one of them because they didn't want to make it right. One person was kept out of the loop on all of this... me. Suddenly I'm getting blind sided and escorted out by the police, saying I'm banned by association. Totally humiliating and none of them had the decency to say a word to me about any of it. Maybe I'm taking it too personally, but it's almost the same feeling as finding out a friend of yours doesn't really like you and they're too shady or cowardly to tell you, you only find out after they screw you over. I'm not just done with this location, I don't need Starbucks at all if that's how they treat loyal customers. There's plenty of Caribous around. Reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like the friendly atmosphere was just an act anyway and they have general disdain for their customers. It's unfortunate how people act these days. I was really disappointed by how I was treated. If they would have just told me what was going on, I would have left. Getting the police involved was completely unnecessary. The police were friendly at least and sympathized with me for being collateral damage. So I appreciate...

We questioned the cashier, but she was less than helpful and said we had to call the number on the card for more info. Not wanting to hold up the line, I handed her my debit card to settle up.
After paying, they handed us our items, which were not what we ordered. To state the obvious, they rang us up for the wrong order. They eventually gave us a new $10.00 gift card and sent us on our way with the correct items.
Shortly after, I checked my bank account and found that they charged my debit card $12.73 instead of the originally-stated $7+.
To summarize, instead of $9.74, our total cost for the order was as follows: $15.00 charge to original gift card + $12.73 charged to our bank account - $5.26 credit later applied to original gift card - $10.00 new gift card provided = $12.47.
In the end, we were shorted less than $3...not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but there were several mistakes made for a simple order and they could've been more helpful/straightforward in getting things squared away.
Moral of the story?...
Read moreWent to pick up a mobile order for my family on the way home. It wasn't on my account so I didn't know what was ordered. They didn't have my mom's drink so I got her a different one at the window. While one of the girls was making it the other three were talking right by the window for roughly 2 minutes. I was handed my drinks and told to "have a nice day". When I got home it was brought to my attention that we had also ordered food. When I tried to call the store to ask for a refund the number listed on the app and on Google was disconnected. So, I drove back across town to the store again. I talked to a very nice girl there who was either going to remake my food or refund me. The girl that had originally helped me in the drive thru had an attitude towards the other girl about the situation (which was her mistake) behind the counter. Then she brought my food out and said "sorry I didn't know you had food earlier." I didn't know either, but that's not my job to check the labels. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because the girl who fixed the mistake was very nice and extremely professional about...
