Never order again. I ordered an arrangement titled BEAUTIFUL IN BLUE for my mom for Mother's day 2016. The pic on the web showed a mostly blue arrangement in a blue vase. My mom likes blue,so this is what I chose. What was delivered was mostly white and yellow! When I called about it, I was told how it was actually MY mistake and that in the future I should know that arrangements are filled according to recipe and NOT what is pictured. I was told that next time I should CALL and ask if the arrangement actually looks like the pic i ordered from. Sandy from baysore repeatedly told me how even though I had made a mistake and they had done everything exactly right that they were WILLING to throw me $10 on my $60 arrangement. She must have said 5x during the conversation what they were willing to do even though the mistake was not theirs. She just kept repeating how the arrangements are made to recipe- there is not a PICK YOUR RECIPE on the order form...there are pictures and descriptions, and the Title was Beautifful in Blue!! The only mistake I made was trusting that the PROVIDED pic and description on their ordering site was accurate. When I order a shirt on JCP or anywhere.. I do not have to call and ask- 'Hey, does that shirt really look like the pic?" And I never order a Blue shirt or scarf or pants and then receive a Yellow one. I purchase multiple times per year large arrangements for Christmas, birthdays and valentines days for example This time I ordered a close to $75 arrangement for a graduation. It was picked up and taken well care for but two days later roses were wilted. Since I do not live in Mason I contacted the shop through their web site message page, complaining about this and also mentioned that the last couple of arrangements were not what I used to get. In general roses wilted very quick.
I asked for their opinion.
To my surprise no response. It feels to me like Baysore Flowers does not value returning customers which have spend the last 10 years more then $2,500 there. So this year no Christmas arrangement from Baysore flowers shop and for future arrangements I have to look too now for another store.

Read moreTwo stars is being generous. The only reason for the two stars is they were quick with delivery. Otherwise what I ordered is not what my mom received, I ordered an arrangement for my mom. It was my brothers birthday yesterday. He passed away less than a year ago. I reached out to them via email about the arrangement and the vase not even being what was pictured and they explained the lilies had not bloomed so they made a “judgment call” to replace them with mums. Mums are ugly and if I wanted them I would’ve picked one that had them. Also the vase was suppose to be a large blue one it was a purple one. It just looked cheap all around. Instead of a refund or credit they offered to pick up the incorrect ones and deliver new ones. I basically paid $55 for something different than what I paid for. I’ll be doing my business elsewhere.
