Id stay away from this auction. Go to school rd instead. Won an item. Went to pick up on second day of pick up. Item is gone. An item I needed for a job today… Worker approached. I showed item. He said It was set aside in an office. That item was not there either. He approached another worker and said “Remember that item you were going to give me, you know where it’s at”. He said some mumbo jumbo about being on another skid and pushed out of there. This was on my second day of pick up so I was not passed pick up date… This item was flat out stolen from under me by employees. Just...

Bought a mitre saw that you could plug in or use a battery. Opened the box when picked it up’s and there was no battery, no charger, and no power cord either. The listing even said “includes battery and charger”. He acted surprised and said he’s “usually good” at taking out those details that don’t apply. l have been sent a refund, but it was a 2 hour round trip drive for me and was a complete waste. My experience was HORRIBLE!!!!! I stood in the long lines for 2days in a row for over 1and 1/2 hours and they STILL COULD NOT find my items! This was the School Rd. location. The customer service was mediocre at best, everyone passing the buck to the next person. Something has to rectified for this situation to NOT keep happening. All in all I Love the service that BIDFTA offers in just NOT HAPPY with the School Rd....
