Friday Threads — Local services in Mason

Very unprofessional. Order placed 10/28 with a ship date of 12/6 for two items. Received email for order confirmation with that ship date for both items. Received ship email with tracking information, and again, those dates listed for both items. The package arrives with one item and a piece of paper that says the second item was backordered and they would let me know when it is back in stock. No date of when that possibly would be, no email letting me know of this issue with possible solutions as now I have a sweatshirt for just one of my children, just an email that said both items had shipped . I would not recommend this company to anyone and now assume it is some lone person in a basement making random clothing items. I hope one day I receive my sweatshirt, hopefully before my son...

I can't say enough good things about Friday Threads. I've used them to print names on soccer jerseys for a few seasons now. Amidst the mad rush of back-to-school and influx of jersey print requests they get, Carol really helped us out in a big way this past year.

I had a mistake on the jersey numbers that I reached out to change. Then, I had a parent reach out that their name was mistakenly in place of their child's name. At the 11th hour, Carol made the change so the poor 7-year-old wasn't going to be running around with his dad's first name on his jersey.
