We tried Bheema's dine in service, as we have ordered in for a couple of times. But last night's dinner was so disappointing.
They have absolutely no NoN-spicy options on their menu for small kids, which means that they pre-cook everything beforehand. They cannot customise the food to make it less spicy which is the least they can do.
We ordered Madurai chicken which was okay but the quantity was very tiny. 4 measly pieces and then we found a nice long black hair in our gravy. They didn't apologise nor did they ask for a replacement and they charged us for the dish anyway. They simply took away the dish with 2 pieces left in the curry.
We then ordered a dosa for my son which just took SOO LONG..more than half an hour to get a cheese dosa. The dosa was burnt and didn't have salt. Cheese was barely there and it was not even mozzarella, it was the plasticky processed cheese,.which was overcooked too.
Finally, the saving grace was the nilgiri biryani which was good, but took almost 45 mins for the food to come.
Service was very basic, no special treatment. Needless to say, we didn't tip.
WOULD MOT RECOMMEND. Please go to Hyderabad house instead. Quantities are amazing, food is even better and service is...
Read moreI recently dined at Bheemas Indian Cuisine & Spirits, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a perfect balance of traditional Indian decor and modern touches. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.
The food was the real highlight. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic flavors. The Egg Ghee roast Biryani standout dish, was perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. The naan bread was soft, fresh, and paired beautifully with the curries. I also loved how they offered a wide variety of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
Their attention to detail was evident in everything—from the beautifully plated dishes to the freshness of the ingredients. Even the beverage menu was impressive, with a great selection of cocktails and spirits to complement the meal.
Overall, Bheemas Indian Cuisine & Spirits delivers a true taste of India in every bite. Whether you’re craving a hearty meal or looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, this restaurant is a must-visit.
Highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic...
Read moreRestaurant was neat and pleasant to sit at. As soon as we entered they brought us some complementary ginger garlic soup. It was very soothing on the throat. I hope they do this in the winter as well, as it would be wonderful to drink that wonderful concoction when it’s freezing outside. Not sure if it’s the same Bheema’s as in Tirupati but the food was very good. Their mango lassi came in a can and was good. We ordered corn masala with medium spicy, but it was really spicy and even I couldn’t bear the level of spiciness. We ordered veg Hakka noodles, and they had peas in them. I don’t know why they add peas into Hakka noodles. Noodles were alright.
We ordered a plain dosa and masala dosa. The sambar was too think and consistency was more like dal then sambar, but taste wise everything was wonderful. We also ordered a parotha but it was taking a long while, so we asked them to give it as take out. The parotha was a little too thick but tasted well with the veg korma. Will definitely try to come back to try more items in the menu. Definitely worth a visit if you are...
