Culver’s — Restaurant in Mason

This location is very close for my family. They have some wonderful employees who really care. But on my last trip I had to correct many problems. I ordered to go and it was rang in for dine in. Unfortunately I could not catch this before I cashed out because the computer was not working, so I paid more then I should have (no one cared.) Then they missed some of the food and not just 1 thing 3. It was an order for 3 people so if wasn't overly big. I caught 2 before I left unfortunately I got all the way back and unpacked before I found the last and had to go back. They gave me the item which was incorrect and needed fixed and came incorrect again. I completely understand mistakes happen but this was a little much for one visit.

No better when I went in again. The head manager James is always very nice and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the management staff. He seems to be the only manager that care and that is sad for him. I start with another manager with the list of things missing and incorrect. She walked away before I finished, she was getting things for me but it would have been nice to finish. And the item that was made incorrectly she had remade incorrectly again. With all the problems maybe this location needs...

I’ve Been going to this Culver's all my life, but recently my sister and I went for diner, and We had two horrible visits. ( before I got my peanut ,tree nut, gluten allergy and after the horrible visits were after I got my food allergies)

I have a severe peanut/tree nut allergy and twice my I had to use my epi-pen. The first time I asked them if their speciality ice cream they had for the day had any peanuts or coconut oil in it, in which they reply no - ( which was incorrect) I ended having a reaction. Leading to me using my Epi- pen.

We all make mistakes so decided to give them another chance a few months later.

The Second time on 9/17/25 I had told them I have a serve allergy to peanuts, tree nuts and coconuts and that they need make sure that their equipment is clean before making my mixer. They didn't causing me once again causing me to have a reaction and use my epi-pen.

We Will not be coming back here again!

Which is very sad because we truly loved going here and enjoyed the food and the ice cream… but they do NOT take food allergies as seriously as they should and it is not...

I had the mushroom and Swiss and when it arrived I was underwhelmed. When I tasted it, I realized you should not judge a burger by its bun’s appearance as I loved the flavors and it was hot! So darn good and my 9 year old agreed. She did say that her kids bacon cheeseburger was better. My husband got their vegetarian burger and said it was good but he prefers the impossible burger. The fries were hot and good. His coffee was horrible. We were there around 2 so it was likely a pot that sat too long. Anyway, we had to stop at Starbucks as he couldn’t take another cup of Culver’s coffee. I grew up in Wisconsin and when i was a kid my dad ran for senate… at the fair we ran a cheese curd stand to promote him and my love of curds began. When I realized there was a Culver’s in the area I was thrilled because of the cheese curds. Today they came barely warm… which was very disappointing.. i didn’t really mark off any star for this because I didn’t give them a chance to fix it and likely they would have just replaced them . I was full and didn’t want to have that...
