Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Massillon

I live directly behind this restaurant so it's convenient for me to go to. In the past the quality of the food has been despicable and unacceptable. I keep going back thinking maybe they are just having a bad day. But this is my fifth visit in the last six weeks and the food never gets any better. It is always cold, dry and visually looking like old left overs. Today was the last straw after, seeing the food which had obviously been setting for hours, I decided to get only queso and chips. The queso was tasteless to say the least. Out in the yard today and even my neighbors on both sides expressed the exact same opinion. So, the word is obviously out and about in regard to the poor quality of the food at this location. I still will enjoy Chipotle just at other locations in the area as the other two nearby locations consistently provide hot, tasty and delicious food.I would never serve food like this location is selling to my customers. We have always enjoyed dining at this store location in Massilon. We actually frequent this Chipotle at least 2x week. Tonight... we were attended by Zahra (never seen her here before), who appeared to be having a horrible day or something, since her attitude was less than welcoming and actually rude. All of us in our family felt this from her. I know approximately what the portion size should be per ingredient in a bowl... Having said this, every serving of any ingredient was less than half of what it should have been. When asked for a little more, she begrudgingly added a tiny bit more. Very very unfriendly! I understand that you cannot be requesting a ton of product and expect the employee/ company to comply with that, but we have NEVER had an issue with the amounts we ask for at any Chipotle that we've ever been to. Having worked all my life in the food industry and owning my own company now, this employee would not last long...

By far the worst location in the franchise. Every single time we order from this location it is always wrong. Not just a couple items missing. Every single bowl or burrito is made completely wrong. We just received an order, both entrees were made wrong, and there were sides of salsa in the bag , We never even ordered salsa. One time we ordered four entrees and received one, and it was not even one of the entrees in our order. It's not the delivery driver's fault because my name and our correct order is taped to the bag. I once took the order back and asked it to be made correctly. They looked at me like I was a giant inconvenience and not even one apology. I will take partial responsibility because every couple months I give it another try and every time it's exactly the same result. I should have learned my lesson long ago. The manager of this location should be fired as well as...
