This Pizza Oven is the worst one I have ever ordered from! Ordered recently & did not receive part of my order. I asked the person at the counter if it was all there after waiting 55 minutes for 2 pizzas & some chicken! She assured me it was all there, of course with a Bitā¦y attitude, so of course I believed her. What a mistake! Always check your order while you are there! I was missing a chicken dinner. I called when I got home to tell them. They said to come back after I was already standing there for 1 hour! I couldnāt do they said I would be refunded the amount I paid in cash next time I come in. So, I ordered again a day later & was told that I would not be refunded because nothing was written in a book! Really! I was assured by the so called manager that I would be refunded. In conclusion, I never got refunded for food I did not receive! I called the corporate office regarding this, left several messages , and never got a call back! I love this pizza, but I think I will have to find another place to order from? The worst customer service I have ever experienced. By the way, Iām not the only one whose orders got messed up. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCouldnāt believe this experience... It was a doordash delivery situation. I accepted an order for pick up at this location. I happened to be in the area so I showed up right on time as the order shouldāve been ready. The time was 8:28 p.m. I walk in to confirm the order, and initially Iām happy to hear the order is ready. Then the clerk tells me casually the wings take about 13mins to make. Iām hesitant to say ok Iāll wait, but I did. 20 mins later not ready. Mind you this is the importance of this post. It was a store fully staffed with what looked like nothing but teenagers seemingly hanging out in the kitchen. 10 employees atleast. 30 mins later they kindly hand me the order & tell me to have a goodnight. I couldnāt believe the unprofessionalism of ākidsā.. It was obvious customer service or satisfaction had nothing to do with business that night. And I was almost certain the oldest person there was maybe 25 years old. I made it a point to not forget this experience and post it, to give them the idea that they have to do better. Impatience wasnāt the factor of this post, it was pure disappointment. Literally I sat down and observed how not busy they were and a bunch of people doing little to nothing.

I called the restaurant and asked about my order , they then said they were sending it out . I spoke to the Manager, Mark who proceeded to blame the employee, I asked why it was acceptable to send food out 45 mins late without notifying me . He refused to accept responsibility or offer anything to make up for the over $25.00 order that had not even left the shop until I called . The order then came cold . Mark , donāt blame your employees you are the manager, offer some sympathy when your customers order food and receive it 45 mins late , donāt send out orders with cold food , and if you do nothing else at least be pleasant when you offer terrible service . If I had not already had it charged to my card and they were not going to refund it or cancel the order I would have sent it back . Needless to say I will never return . I have given second and third chances and this was the final straw. It never matters to businesses when they lose customers due to poor service and unhappy customers...
