Circle K | Truck Stop — Local services in Mathis

This is a good place to get fountain drinks, cigs and gas but that’s about it. The customer service is hit or miss meaning you never know if it will be good or bad. Even when it’s good it ain’t that good. If the Truck stop across the street had cheaper fountain drinks with a greater selection of flavors, I would just go over there. The restrooms here are horrible. They are either dirty with TP everywhere and you don’t want to touch anything cause you feel like you might catch a disease or they don’t work and are completely blocked off. I go here because I’m from here and you kinda just deal with the BS but if your visiting go to the Truck stop across the street or the Valero down the road. It looks out of the way but it’s not. The road circles back to the highway if you just stay to the left...

Trucks & RVers BEWARE. While the truck diesel pumps look convenient, the parking lot is FULL of very large craters. I could not avoid them no matter how hard I tried. Go across the street. They have better access, and cleaner restrooms. Only reason I give it two stars, is because they were VERY busy in the store and McD's and were able to move people...

Rat feces on the counter, which is the prep area between the napkin dispenser and the hot dog roller / cooker. I asked for a manager, but they said they don't have one. I pointed out the feces on the counter to the employee, and she looked at it and returned to the counter without wiping...
