Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mathis

This Pizza Hut is disgusting, dirty tables, dirty windows, and they can’t even cook the pizza completely or cut it properly. Our waitress truly seems burdened by customers being in here. I asked for sauces when we ordered, she forgot them when she brought us our half cooked pizza and I simply reminded her.. She then came back and threw our sauces on the table at us and just walked away immediately. When we came in and sat down for dine in, she didn’t even approach the table, she talked from the register asking, “are you dining in?” I mean isn’t that obvious when a customer is sitting in your dining room? I love Pizza Hut and am a loyal customer, but I am warning you do NOT eat at this location. Having a snotty poor attitude is one thing, but when your putting people’s health at risk by not even taking the time to cook the food properly it’s a completely different story. We were traveling thru Mathis & decided to stop at PH for lunch. We opened the place so the lack of cleanliness should have been rectified before opening. Our food was fine. The help was friendly. The bathrooms were awful! Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I thought the stains in the sink might be permanent but I wiped across the grime & it came clean. The floor had crumbs all over. The toilet was very questionable. I've seen cleaner restrooms in old gas stations. In the men's room my husband said that there was a brown streak of pooh on the wall across from the toilet. The only reason I gave this 1 star was because I couldn't give it a half star. With restrooms this filthy, it makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is & whether our food was tainted also. Did the help even wash their hands? Wouldn't recommend this place to my...

Walk in to pick up a carry out order. See my pizzas cooked and sitting in the tray at the end of the oven and pay for them. As I’m standing there waiting for my food to be handed to me another customer walks in the door, goes up to the register, pays, gets her pizza and leaves. Then another customer walks in and the same thing happens while I stand there. Finally after about 15 minutes of looking at my paid for, ready to go pizzas they were handed to me. The one star rating is for their customer service if the customer they are serving is white.
