I must say that this was the best experience at a subway that I have ever had. It was an online order. When I got there it was overlooked that I had asked in comments to please leave everything dry condiments on the side. Unfortunately when I got there they were already all made and they had to redo a couple of them and they were not upset at all! Leslie Brittany and Marissa they all deserve the biggest star that you can get because they worked with me, they understood and they knew I had a long drive and did not hassle or give me any type of attitude, they were wonderful, it was Leslie I believe or Britney had a fabulous idea of the best way to keep the wrap fresher longer. I thought that was a fabulous idea. She should most surely be recognized for her great above and beyond quick thinking. I will share my experience with all. And will use the mathis, TX 359/IH37 location...

Halfway through our order they ask if we have cash cause their systems were out-you really need to tell people this when they come or at the begining of an order. So had to go to atm to pay extra to pay for our food that was already toasted. Come back from next door and our foods put away without toppings and they look at us like were crazy for wanting anything else. The person let us out through the side door that was half shut with the metal roll down gate then made us walk all the way around the building from next door instead of letting us in where she was before. Manager wasent wearing mask but the servers were. Not going back...
Read moreWent into subway with my boyfriend we both ordered broccoli and cheese soup and then he had his sandwich made first and I was waiting for the guy to make mine And he skipped me and went to the next lady behind me and the lady at the register rung up only my bf sandwich and our two broccoli and cheese soup... No one bothered asking me if I wanted a sandwich which was rude and when I said something about me wanting a sandwich too they both totally ignored me... They have horrible customer service and do not even acknowledge...
