Do not move here it is NOT WORTH IT. The walls are paper thing, you can hear people coughing/walking around. The apartments look nice but definitely not worth the cost. The rent is increasing by $100 in just one year. The management team is incredibly unhelpful to say the least. An example of this is when I tried to pay my rent online and it was charged twice, they told me to contact my bank. After the bank was able to recredit me, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM STILL REQUIRED ME TO PAY TO REFUND IT. They also will try to entrap you in ācontract intriciesā. An example of this is the renewing of the lease process. They donāt explicitly tell you that you need to give them 60 day WRITTEN notice if you are not renewing (which is in the physical lease). They wait until last minute to contact you and then try to force you to pay a prorated amount AFTER YOUR LEASE IS LEGALLY COMPLETED. You need to have EVERYTHING in writing in order to fight back so make sure every contact with them is saved. The community is reminiscent of the University area, so there are people playing music at 3am on a Friday morning. And if you contact security, nothing will be done about it. The management team does nothing if residents are smoking weed in the apartments other than sending a warning email. They allow people to have 3 dogs (??) in an apartment so thereās poop everywhere. Thereās not enough parking so even if you have a pass you have to park in random spots at night. Itās too much rent for a place that provides so little. DO...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove the beautiful apartments and amenities. Madison, of the Leasing Office, has always been incredibly helpful, friendly, personable, cordial, professional and accommodating. She always greets me when I enter the office and helps me immediately. If sheās with other customers when I come in, she still greets me. Iāve had to contact the office numerous times about issues I needed tended to. Madison always remained cordial, friendly and professional despite my being a pain, Iām sure. Recently, my A/C wasnāt working and I called Madison to let her know. A maintenance man came out within 5 min. and adjusted the thermostat. It still was not working. I contacted Madison and told her it still was not working. She showed up at my door within minutes to assist in getting it to work! Wow! Was I impressed! Still wasnāt working so maintenance came within 5 minutes. He found that there was water in the filter. He corrected that immediately. This incredibly prompt action by Madison to advise maintenance of the A/C problem is to be commended as well as Ryan, the Maintenance Rep. who always tends to my maintenance needs promptly. This is due to Madison advising Maintenance so quickly. Ryan, the Maintenance Rep. is also incredibly friendly and personable. I wish to commend both Madison and Ryan for always promptly accommodating my needs and for always, no matter the issue, remaining friendly, cordial, professional and helpful. I love the staff here at the Fountains as well as my apartment. I have lived here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBy far the worst "luxury" apartment Iāve ever lived in, and I was only there for a few months. The grass was always full of dog poop; a car had a window broken into, and it took about a week for anyone to pick up the glass fragments on the sidewalk. The apartment was turned over falling apart, with a loose toilet bowl. I had to call maintenance 3x before someone knowledgeable came by. Within 4 months, I had to put in 12 maintenance requests to tidy up the home. The laundry room had mold growing on the ceiling during move-in, which I didn't realize at the time. The in-unit washing machine had a strong mold smell that could not go away. The drying machine's heating element was going out, but I was told to just leave it on a specific setting that somewhat worked and "make do" with it. The apartment's flooring is of very low quality since dents are easily made by just dropping anything (like a phone). The leasing office is VERY hard to reach after you move in; it usually takes about 3-5 calls at random times throughout the day for someone to actually answer. Parking is a nightmare if you come back late at night and live anywhere between the two road entrances. It's worth doing more research and going somewhere else. Some of these 5-star reviews on their page are coming from the apartment's leasing...
