Update: Bumping the stars up for these guys. Went back to the store today about the missing burger. They remembered my GF and her order and made good on the mishap. Her order was a lettus wrapped burger they had placed it in a bowl and ment to add it to the bag at pickup and it got missed. If we had checked our order before pulling off it could have been corrected.. They offered her a burger but we had already eaten so we opted for a refund instead. Satisfied with results.
So we ordered burgers from this location online last night unfortunately. They were ready by and we were there 15 min before closing time. Made the classic mistake of not checking the bag before we left, we only got 2 of the 3 burgers we ordered even though we paid for and it was clearly marked on the reciept. 5 Guys is not cheap and for a store with 4 employees on staff and no customers expectations are that I would get what I ordered. Now when we discovered the mistake we called the location but they had since closed and we could only leave a voice-mail. Called again today and noone picks up there phone and no calls have been returned. Next step corporate and they couldn't care less about there customers said there is nothing they will do. Heading back up to the store tomorrow. The 2 burgers we got were good otherwise. If you want to change your stars all I want is my issue resolved. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame here on 4.10.22 around 7pm for dinner with my husband and 4 kids. As soon as walked in we were greeted by the cashier with a friendly smile. She made a quick assessment to her team members about how many burger patties they should throw on the grill and proceed to take our orders. Kudos to her as this reduces wait time! She was patient with my kids as they gave their orders and very polite. Our food was up in less than 10 minutes; burgers were tasty and fries were hot and fresh! While we were there, I observed the staff always working diligently and smiling. They seemed to make a really great team! The dining area was clean and stocked appropriately. We were even asked if we needed anything and they were quick to provide what we requested. Every single staff member did a great job and I was impressed with their efficiency! Best experience I have had there in quite some time! Great job! Even as more people came in and a small line grew, they made sure they were providing quality customer service! Got a little frustrated when my burger patty was taken off my burger and put on another person's order so I had to wait longer. When I finally got my food I asked for napkins because they didnt have any out and instead of being handed them they were thrown on the counter.... I watched 5 other people be handed napkins and yet I wasn't. That bothered me... so I took my food and will not return to that location. Respect is something I value and for a customer to wait and watch people joke around for 30 minutes I think its a good thing to hand them a item not throw it on the counter with an attitude. Other then that food is always well done and staff keep it clean. I hate that one person can sour a place, but that's what happens. I know this seems silly, but it's truly something I want management to know the little things like handing someone napkins can make...
