Derek and his team went out of their way for me on 2 fast, flawless and great sounding installs a couple years ago and I just picked up the latest job yesterday -Blown away! I had purchased a security system with front back cameras, sound recording and motion/impact impaction 3 years ago. Unfortunately, that camera started malfunctioning drawing too much power from 12 volt battery. Dérrick told me not to worry he would take care of my security needs since we had car break ins in our neighborhood. He was able to replace the system with a similar system at a great price. I am very happy because he does a professional job, listens to what your needs are, spent try to get you the most expensive system, but the one that you will be happy with.
