The only thing in our new house in Maui when we arrived was a bed purchased over the phone from Maui Bed Store. That first buying experience was so easy we furnished the other bedrooms from Maui Bedstore after we arrived in Maui. Why? Accessibility. Dino almost always answers the phone personally , and when you do have to leave a message he returns your phone call promptly. He is just as responsive after you purchase as before you purchase. We like the appointment system: no staning around waiting for a sales associate to get to you. You agree with Dino when to meet him at the sore and he is there. You get undivided attention and it is based on your chosen appointment time. Reliability: When Dino says something will happen it does. No frustration here. Fastest delivery in Maui (maybe anywhere). When you buy from Maui Bed they ask when you want delivery. Tomorrow? No problem! Extra charge? Nope!!! Delivery is free!!! In Maui most furniture places charge for delivery, and some even refer you to a third party that you (the customer) have to call and coordinate delivery with. We have paid as much as $125 for delivery of a single piece of furniture from an upscale store within a few miles of our house and had to arrange it ourselves . Maui Bed had new, clean, clearly marked delivery trucks, and friendly personable delivery personnel. You buy, agree on a day and two hour window. The delivery professionals (they really know what they are doing) will call you when they are on their way. We have had four deliveries to our home, all seamless. No waiting no confusion. No wasted time. Tell Dino what you are looking for in a bed or bedroom furniture. He tells you the pros and cons of the different options he has. No sales pitch, no pressure. None. Quality. The bed we bought sight unseen over the phone was waiting for us when we walked into our new house. We chose the particular bed based on a phone onversation with Dino and his description of options. We slept on this bed the first week or so while other rooms were being painted, and when we were ready for the master bedroom to be furnished we made an appointment with Dino and chose our bed and furniture. Later, when we decided we would like our third bed to be a California King instead of a regular king (second bed was a king) we completed our third transaction with Maui bed. We are satisfied with all three beds and very happy with the bed frames and nightstands. The furniture is sturdy, welll-built, and has a clean design. Customer satisfaction. Maui bed goes out of its way to make the customer happpy with the transaction. There was a small miscommunication between us and Dino on the third transaction and it was as likely on our part as Dino's, but he followed up several times and made sure all was 100% correct the same day, giving us a free foundation to make everything perfect.

You absolutely won't go wrong buying from Maui Bed and it will be a straightforward, easy transaction. Like the old saying goes, do yourself a favor. I don't usually do reviews. This one was earned!...

Great Shopping Experience from Beginning to End!

Due to a flood event spent 3 months to have my condo rebuilt and nearly all of my furnishings replaced. As a result, interfaced with dozens of vendors, suppliers and contractors here on Maui to get my place restored.

Very few of them rise to level of "impeccable", but Maui Bed Store earned this description.

Had five points of contact with them and each one made me realize there was no point to shop around. Previously I'd purchased my mattress in Kahului and had a good experience there. However, I'd recommend Maui Bed Store for the overall experience - there's no contest.

Professional, knowledgeable, attentive yet zero pressure - I made two visits to test out and select my bed and worked first with Dino and next with Samantha. Made my purchase with Samantha who is attentive, detail oriented and exemplifies top notch customer service!

Pricing is really fair, not outrageously marked up for the requisite bed/used car haggling session. There are plenty of mattress types and grades, but not an overwhelming number to deal with. The Kihei store offers a soothing and suitable environment for testing the options and making a good choice.

Each of my "final three" of Cal King sized options were in stock. Delivery date/time offered was convenient, and the delivery guys really knew what they were doing, not a scratch on my freshly installed/painted new walls.

New to the island and scrambling to furnish our new happy home, we stopped by the Maui Bed Store on a whim without realizing we should have made an appointment. As luck would have it, a wonderful woman was at the store and happy to accommodate us at that time. She was brilliant. After a few questions she led us to our perfect mattress. We couldn't believe how spot on she was with the first recommendation right out of the gate! We tried out a couple more beds for comparison, but her first pick could not have been better. Until it got better. This excellent, top-quality mattress was half the cost we had allotted in our budget. Half! We scheduled the delivery and were on our way, thrilled to have hours of our day saved by such an fortunate happenstance.

Delivery was fantastic as well. Two, very professional and efficient, gentlemen arrived early in the delivery window. They were kind, courteous, and had our new bed set up in a blink. I doubt I'll need another bed in the foreseeable future, but if I did the only place I'd go would be Maui Bed Store. Top-notch service and I'm sleeping better than ever on their great product.
