SEPHORA at Kohl's — Local services in Mauldin

First time visiting this location with my girlfriend around 6:50 PM on October 5, hoping to find NYX products. The heavier-set white lady at the register was extremely rude. When we asked if she knew whether the NYX brand was available at the Haywood location, she replied, “I don’t know, I work at this location, not the mall,” and then added, “it’s called using the Internet.”

We brushed off her attitude and tried to continue shopping, but she kept watching us and giving sarcastic smiles. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The store itself has good products, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. We ended up leaving Kohl’s altogether...

The light skinned heavy set lady was very rude and dismissive.. I came to ask questions and upgrade my makeup and she shut me down each time I opened my mouth.. very scary and saddening experience at such a great store..
