I wish I could give 0 star. The worst customer service ever! I had a full highlight service with Chelsea. First of all, the result was nothing like the inspiration picture that I showed her. My grays were not even covered. Also, I believe she didn't leave the smudge long enough so I had blue purple strands in my hair. The color of my highlight was not even at the top and the bottom of my hair. I asked her to fix the issue and gave me an appointment for Saturday morning and here is my main complaint. I asked her 3 times to apply a color lighter than my natural and she put a color as dark as my hair. She told me that she doesn't have enough time to style my hair and I said that's ok. But she didn't even wash properly!! There were still shampoo and color on my hair cause she rinsed very quickly. Look at my finger nails!!! Also my hair is so damaged after the new highlight for the first time after having highlighted hair for 10 years! and I had to spend $100 on olaplex hoping it can restore the damaged hair!!! I paid $280 for the service and I was told that $100 will be refunded, but I...
