I had broken my last sewing needle so I stopped in to ask for help buying a new one to sew a patch. They were so kind and wouldn’t let me buy a needle for the one thing I needed it for and gave me an extra they had in the back. But insisted that I come back and they would do it for me! I came back a couple weekends later and they remembered me and graciously and quickly sewed my patch on and asked for nothing in return! They were so kind and generous and I’m so grateful for their hospitality. This was a silly little project but they were so kind in supporting and helping me! I took my machine in on a Saturday he wouldn’t even look at it. He kept it till Monday called and said it was fixed. I picked it up. It never threaded one time after I got at home. I called him to tell him the problem. He was nasty on the phone told me well. You can go ahead and turn me in and I didn’t say anything about that but after that I said I’m done I bet you I’ve had that sound machine and 20 times. First time finding this gem. Both the Lady and Gent were extremely friendly and helpful. The very cool building is actually huge with over four thousand bolts, but it's set up to feel very homey with a main fabric room and an equally large room dedicated just to batiks! There is also a classroom, a section with sewing machines for sale, (they do machine repairs too) and of course plenty of sewing notions, patterns, kits, etc. All of their fabrics are absolutely beautiful and when you top it off with long arm quilting service, this...
