About 2 months ago I went in to buy some liquid. I explained that I do not want menthol as I do not like it. I gave a couple other suggestions including prefer fruity and candy to dessert flavors. They pulled down a bottle and recommended it. I bought it and 3 new pods. When I got home, I filled a new pod with my new liquid and took a hit. It was menthol. I specifically told them no menthol. I went back the next day after work and found the same 2 guys there. I explained that they had sold me a menthol liquid. They didn't seem to care. I told them I had only opened it the day before and used it in a new pod. I asked of they could do an exchange for something else. They said no and something about cross contamination. Again I explained that there was none and that it was exactly what I told them I did not want. They again said they could not exchange it for something else and asked if I had any friends who could use it, then seemed surprised when I told them I did not. They were not apologetic and did not stand behind their product. Strangely, I was the one apologizing. Obviously there is a deficit in the employees overall knowledge of what they sell, and they do not stand behind their products. I ended up leaving my brand new bottle on the counter and walked out. As I was headed to the door, one of the guys said "If I'm here next time you come in, I'll give you 10% off your next liquid". I won't be going back. I now go to the Crave Cave down the street. Their staff are super friendly, helpful, knowledgable and ensure I will like what I get. I would recommend Crave Cave...

Read moreI visited this establishment today between 1-120 and there was a line to wait for the attendant. I was third in line and after waiting five minutes two young women arrived behind me. The attendant finished the two in front of me after waiting about fifteen minutes total. He then announced he was going to help both of us. I told him I wanted something out of the case and the other purchase I wanted he didn’t carry ( no problem here ). He then went on to giving them time and hadn’t done one thing for me.
