I ordered a large flower arrangement on a Friday morning for a family member for a special occasion and requested same day delivery. I live out of town.. The store was unable to reach the family member x 2 attempts and left me a voice mail at 4:30pm, which I did not see till after 5pm, as I was still at work. Unfortunately, the store was closed for the next 2 weekend days. I left a message as soon as I got their voice mail but but it was 5:30 and there was no answer. I called them on Monday and, they are charging me a redelivery fee. It would have been helpful to get a call much earlier in the day on Friday after their first delivery attempt, when I could have returned their call in a timely fashion before the store had closed.. the phone number for the recipient was not working, but I could have provided an alternate number. I requested a waiver of the redelivery fee as I did not think it was fair to notify me 30 min before closing time on a Friday, but they declined. I know they tried twice to deliver, which I appreciate, but please notify much earlier after a failed delivery attempt, so we have time to respond well before closing time, esp on a Friday afternoon, since the store is closed over the weekend. Also disappointed that my loved one has still not received the flowers from 3 days ago and that they are no longer as fresh. Did not have a good experience this time and will not try again in the future. It is hard to order flowers when one doesn’t...

As a fellow Toledo wedding vendor I have been privy to the behind the scenes of Kendra and her crew! They constantly do a fantastic job for their brides (and grooms)! From what I’ve seen they are always on time and ready to set entire reception halls in a speedy yet beautiful manner! Not to mention the floral arrangements are incredible!

As a customer of theirs the hand tied bouquet I received was jaw dropping! I had these waiting at home for my wife and she was wowed! Not only was it beautiful but also the flowers lasted for what felt like forever! Not sure if this was just bc of the particular flowers or some magical energy that in bloom possesses. Either way we had beautiful flowers in the house for what felt like 2 weeks straight! Everyone who you encounter in the shop is professional, caring and respectful! Brief conversations even help you see all of that and that they are all around good people through and through!

I highly recommend anyone visit here for some special flowers or hire them for your wedding...

On February 10 2025. I order some flowers to be delivered for my friend her mother had passed away on Tuesday I got a email that they could not deliver and that they would be delivered on Wednesday ok but they didn’t deliver the flowers and did not notify me Friday I went to the showing and my friend said she never got my flowers so I went to the store. The lights on two people inside. I knocked because the door was locked and they just looked at me. It went on their business. It was Valentine’s Day. And they are closed on the weekends so on Monday came when I got done with work I went over to the store and I was told they were too busy because of the holiday to deliver my flowers they would not give me my delivery feedback. They would not give me flowers. They would not give me a refund, I don’t care if it was Valentine’s Day. They should’ve delivered my flowers on Tuesday or Wednesday. How about Thursday not even on Friday I will never use in Bloom again. I highly recommend no...
