Went there as I was recommended there by Men’s warehouse as I was looking for a Gayuabera for a wedding. Well after some time I found a one with a style I liked and that fit me. When I spoke with the young lady there I asked her if I could return it if the color was not right for the wedding. After speaking with the wedding party that wanted black shirts I went back to return the white shirt I had and the young lady there tried to help me find a similar shirt in black but to no avail. After searching the entire store with her help. I asked since they couldn’t find anything if I could. Get a refund as it cost me $70 for one shirt that I was only going to use once for wedding. She said they don’t do refunds. I was like why did the lady I spoke with before didn’t say that when I asked her specifically about it and she pointed to a small sign that was off to the side at the register which I never paid at the register as the young lady just made me pay by phone at the front of the store.The young lady looked like she didn’t care and walked away.So now I stuck with an expensive shirt that I’m never going to use. Hoping I would get them in time for a festival in my town, which I did - thankful for the prompt mailing. However there was one item missing from my order - the white embroidered shirt. I thought ok no big deal these things happen sometimes. I promptly emailed the boutique and the owner responded with “we will see what the problem was, and get you taken care of” basically. That was 9/11, 6 days pass I still had not heard from the boutique. No big deal I know people get busy. I then emailed again Lorena stated an apology, it’s a busy time of the month for the boutique - she would mail me the shirt. Great I was happy. It is October and no shirt, no response from anyone. That’s a lie because my sister did pay for delivery and she also pay for the right mask and I was giving the cheaper ones. I have receipt. How does she know who my sister is if we have different last names. Also, I did speak with the owner several times, and she confirmed that my sister pay for delivery and she even said she was going to have them deliver to her but she didn’t then she stop answering my calls.
