I came into Title Max on a Friday, and was helped by such an amazing Manager, Helen Mason. She was so honest, patient, and very well knowledgeable on all of the information that I wanted to know. I didn't end up applying because I was truly short on time. She was kind enough to offer to open the office early for me if I wanted to return on Saturday morning, and she reassured to me that it wasn't an inconvenience for her at all if I needed to come early the next day. Her transparency and honesty is what made me reconsider not coming back, and I ended up walking out with what I needed 3 days later.
