Really bad experience. When i wanted to payoff my loan and asked about the interest and the mannager had a really agressive attitude. To the point she was yelling on the phone. Since day one i gave my payments over the phone with my card , and when i informed her about me being out of state , she came with a new policy that they cannot take payments over the phone. Watch out is false advertisement with the interest. They wont take 9 months of interest if you pay 9 months before, Thats a Lie. Really bad experience here. Watch out people...

Very bad place too get a loan. Both manager and other girl that are working in office are very rude. I had spoke with someone to set up payment for Monday 1/29/24. They processed an unauthorized payment on someone else debit card and refused to refund the money back. Contract wasn't explained correctly. Said they have the right to charge the debit card. Wrong it's not my account! Claims supervisor will call me but yet still no call. I would never recommend this...

This Loan company is very professional and have great customer service! (Got attended by Yamileth) as the minute you walk in she is greeting you making you take a seat and makes you feel comfortable.
