BAD ONLINE EXPERIENCE This is the 3rd BAD experience I've had with Kendra Scott!! 1st BAD EXPERIENCE--Back in November I decided to purchase my first pair of Kendra Scott earrings for my birthday. They were apparently "stolen" from my doorstep or mailbox after they'd been delivered. I know for a fact that this is a lie!! There was someone home ALL day that day. I'm a daily online purchaser and I have NEVER had anything go missing. What made this an unpleasant experience was calling customer service and trying to see what they could do to help. She made me feel like I was a liar and a thief. I think she thought I'd kept the earrings and was trying to scam them. She kept trying to make me order them again to which I said NO!! I didn't want the same thing to happen again. I asked her if I could reorder and pick up in-store and she said that wasn't an option. I wish it had been so I could prove to her that I hadn't kept them!!! I'm 99% sure it was either delivered to the wrong address or kept by the delivery driver. Needless to say, I went into the store and not only bought that same "stolen" pair, but I also bought another pair. I've never been made to feel like a thief until that day, because I AM NOT!!! BAD EXPERIECE #2 Back in April they had a sale and after hours of trying to place an order which was for my daughter's birthday I finally quit. We had several items in our cart. Some from the sale and one for my daughter's birthday discount, which she was unable to get and was quite sad about, luckily she was able to get James Avery instead. BAD EXPERIENCE #3 Although I love their style I was highly disappointed that they never contacted me about the earrings I wanted being restocked. I wanted some earrings about 2 or 3 months ago and I signed up for a restock alert, which I never got. I just went to their site this morning and there they were. I was quite upset by this, but I loved them so much I just ordered them. I'm still upset that I was never notified they were available again, I would've been heart- broken if they'd been sold out this time as well. 3RD time is the charm for me!! How many times will it take to receive quality...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām going to start off by saying I was ready to call customer service to complain. I went in for a return but the girl that helped me, Lizzie said she couldnāt do it because the person who gave it to me got it in September. I donāt know the policies so how was I supposed to know the days for a return. Iām going to say I was rude to her, I cussed her out but she never changed her personality or lose her temper. i had another item to return, and I was still upset but she still helped me even though I treated her bad. She tried every way to find the purchase and we finally found it. This is what made me stop wanting to call customer service. She continued to help me, never changed her attitude and I was super surprised how calm she was. There was a long line outside and only 2-3 employees including Lizzie. She ended up helping 8 people, i counted them just incase she messed up so I could tell customer service too but she was quick with the people and the way she had people at the stones listening to her was wow. Sheād excuse herself and go to the other, then to the other and she had another group and she explained white in this way that made me get a pair too. Iām not sure if sheās a manager because of the way she was, if you heard a manager voice like confident thatās the way she spoke. If sheās not, sheās probably a leader because she kept looking around to see who was coming in and out too. I used to intercept surveys so I paid attention to a lot things. If you need help getting an item, or if you just have questions look for her. She listens, understands, and makes your experience feel like your talking to a friend. I shared something personal with her and the answer she gave me was genuine with care in the way she talked. She couldāve treated me differently because of the way I treated her but she was professional and kept checking up on me when I walked the store to look for things. Look for her, sheās not hard to miss tall...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSpent quite a bit of time on this store today with my 12 year old stepson. He was spending a lot of time picking out the perfect Motherās Day gift for his mom with his own hard earned money. He made his decision, earrings a necklace and bracelet. It was his birthday so he was taking advantage of the birthday reward 50% off one item. Let the sales rep know and she had the items brought out and they were waiting for us at the counter. We literally stepped 20 feet outside the store to get my wallet from my husband, turned around and tried to walk back in to pay for the items plus the two pair of (full price) earrings from the denim collection that weāre waiting for us at the counter. We were outside the store for 30 seconds and when we tried to re enter the store we were told we would have to wait back in line to pay for the items we just picked out and weāre waiting for us at the counter. I was told it was not fair to the people waiting in line and that I would have to wait my turn again. After we already waited about 45 minutes to enter the store in the first place. I was shocked. The person at the door called to another employee (who helped us while we were shopping) told her the situation (whom Iām guessing was a supervisor) and we were still told we had to wait. Again. In a a 7 person deep line to give them about $600. Sorry, our money has choices and we choose to go to Pandora. Today you lost 3 customers. I have been a long time customer as well and I will never step foot in that store again. This isnāt customer service. As a business was owner I would be appalled that my employees treated my...
