Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in McAllen

Never going to have any type of catering order here, I am mad at the fact I did not get what I requested! I showed the girl a picture of my idea and she said “ok” then come to find out that no one knew about my catering order and were surprised when I called to check on it. The communication in that store lacks so much and the customer service goes down. I never order donuts but I did for my sons last day of school but didn’t get what I ordered. I asked for rainbow colors and only received 4 . As I’m waiting past the time I asked for it to be ready I see through their glass seeing pink colored donuts. I only got red,blue,green,yellow. I’ve seen the other other orders they’ve made and donuts other people I know have gotten and seen the types they promote and I’m highly disappointed that mine were basic and not what I ordered at all compared to the picture I had shown...

I was very disappointed with the service by one of their employees. I was tired after a hard day and decided to get a cup of coffee and relax before coming home. I was offered a free donut and I tookt it. I ate it and decided to buy a different kind. An employee stop me and told me that it was just one donut per customer. He was loud when he told me this. I was going to buy it and but he did not let me say that I was going to buy it. I felt embarrassed and humunilated. I went back to my table to finish my and decided to leave. My hubby is a Krispy Kreme fan so I thought I’d check them out to see what all the fuss is. OhMGee !!! This location was easy to get to find and the parking was abundant. When I walked in, the employee greeted me with a hello and let me look around. There was a large sit down eating area with big windows and an open kitchen that you could see a huge conveyer belt with hundreds of donuts looping around. The clerk saw us admiring all the donuts and offered us one. Let me tell you, that you’ve never had a donut until you’ve ate one right out of the cooker! They were the most delicious hot donuts ever. I immediately bought half a dozen plus other specialty donuts! You’ll love this...
