We ordered a custom made necklace for my wife she was measured for it and every time we made a payment we asked if the size (thickness) was correct and they assured her it was. Well she goes today to make final payment and it looks like it fits a child and not even was she wanted. Why after multiple times of us asking and being assured the size was correct we get something that looks like it is for a child? I’ve had better service and quality in Iraq and in Guadalajara, this is a complete disappointment.
Also having multiple girls not knowing their left from their right and messing up an order which was over 2K and end up with something that looks like this is wrong.
