SSB Fragrances — Local services in McAllen

The lady who helped me; I believe she's one of the owners, kept my card after doing the transaction of a perfume that I got for my mom. I asked for the price of a cologne for me but I told her that I was going to buy it later. I went back in less than a minute to ask a price of another cologne and still she didn't gave me back my card. I called the store and she said "Come back, buy the cologne and I'll give you your card back" SHE KEPT IT ON PURPOSE! I told her when I arrived the first time that I was a shopper of this store for more than 7 years. Is this the way to treat a loyal customer? I have to drive back all the way to their place. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE...

So disappointed in this store. Walked in looking for a cologne for my husband, a man asked me if I needed help, I told him what I needed, he proceeded to show me one cologne, I didn't like it and after that he ignored me, I was the only client and there were 3 workers, no one helped me anymore. I left and purchased 3 fragrances from gold palace. There is got the help I needed and the place was full of people. I will not be coming back to SSB Fragrances and will not recommend...
