I placed a large order for our company gift baskets back in July and paid for the order in full when the order was placed. I did express that I was placing the order with time in order to give them enough time to complete my large order. I also emailed my design to them when I placed the order. I expected my order to be completed in a months time, which I expressed when I placed the order and dropped off my mugs. I received an email in SEPTEMBER that the company had lost my design and my order had not even been started! Then they had the audacity to explain to me that this was MY fault because I expressed that my order was "in no rush" and they could get to it when they had time. My order ended up not being delivered until the September. I never received a proof and the design on my mugs is not exactly as I had requested it to be. The logo on the mugs I received is slightly off from the logo we use. I never received a proof or anything before my cups were printed. I honestly couldn't afford to delay the products any further and with the ok from my boss, decided to just keep the cups as is. We did receive a discount because of the large order, which was good but I did not appreciate my items sitting in their office for over a month. I also did not appreciate that the delay was my fault because I expressed the flexibility of my schedule. On the very few occasions an error has been made, they fix it immediately at their cost. I love being able to walk into their business and speak directly to the owners, who are efficient and friendly. Their prices are reasonable, too.
