I have high expectations of how I am treated as a customer especially when it’s a clothing boutique. This is really not the place for a plus size woman. If you are someone like me who is sure of yourself and your own style and are good at picking clothing items in a certain size and have the confidence to wear them a certain way, this shop will make you feel like you 100% do not belong at their store and that they don’t have anything for you. Even if you’re a size 10/12, 12/14, 14/16, this boutique at times does have certain items that will fit a plus size body even though they were made for a slim woman to wear loose. But your confidence level goes from 100 to 0 when you’re in the actual store. This is exactly how they made me feel when I visited the store. The women they have working there, and even the manager which I did recognize from social media posts, could try a little harder to be friendly to all customers. They honestly made me feel like they were not interested in helping me because I am plus size. I’m surprised that they are going to start selling plus size clothing soon. I hope they reevaluate their attitudes towards all customers no matter their shape and size before they start selling plus size clothing. I felt terrible after I left. Another thing, the sizing is way off. Don’t list a size Large with a bust size 42 if it’s not going to be accurate. I’ve also seen pieces listed with a waist size 36 and it’s also completely off. Then you purchase items online thinking you are buying something your size and it does not end up fitting and you cannot return for a refund or exchange. The only option you have is store credit. Also, I could easily go to a chain store to look for certain pieces my size, so may I remind you that I’m making the effort of shopping local so I do expect to feel appreciated...

Gorgeous outfits, great accessories, and amazing shoes (IN SIZE 5+!). So excited to have found a shop (112) that actually has my size. Not only that, but they're super cute! The owner and staff are beautiful women in every way, extremely kindhearted and love to make you feel welcome the moment you step into the boutique. I was honored to do an interview and ask about the history of the store and get to know the stylists that work there. Very happy to have met these lovely goal oriented women, who are sweet and hardworking. Aside from all of this, their prices for great Cali fashion can't be beat! I have been visiting this shop for 2 years and I was disgusted with what I witnessed today. As someone with 15 years of management experience, I am appalled to have heard the manager at this location raising her voice at an employee and humiliating them in front of customers. This is not the first time I have witnessed something similar with this individual. I would rather take my business elsewhere than to contribute to an individuals sales who is unprofessional and quite lazy as I have witnessed. I enjoy the fashion and have had nice experiences with other enployees and it will be at a loss for me as well...but please do...
