Very friendly place, and the staff were really cool and engaging! Honestly, the atmosphere was fun and energetic and the staff made you feel like you were one of them. Customer service was really cool and they were really helpful in looking for better versions of the cards I was looking for and even helped explain their pricing (of which they were generous with). Just for the fun atmosphere, I would go back again. They had a great selection of cards and honestly, did not look annoyed when I asked a billion and one questions. They looked like they were fans and friends first, rather than care about money, which too me, is great because they just want to be helpful and friendly. Trust is a rare thing to be found, but they have earned my trust in buying and obtaining cards.....

I don't know if it's new management or new owners, but I was not a fan of having every single card I picked out of the bulk boxes price checked. Not only did I have to wait for each card to be price checked, which took several minutes, but getting hit with a high price because 1 card I picked out from bulk happened to be expensive is such a downer.

I go to LCS on a budget because I know I can add cards slowly to my collection and/or decks by looking through bulk. The last time I purchased bulk cards here it was very budget friendly, but now it feels egregious and greedy.

I'm leaving a 2 star because they're very generous with freebies, but honestly that might not be enough for me...

Good store, owner is very chill and nice but one guy is always kinda rude.
