I wish I can put no stars here . DON'T Ever let them convince you to get a big size dress Promising you that it will fit great! . Absolutely a lie . Went for a fit 3 days prior to picking my dress up with the shoes I was going to wear for the occasion . We agreed on a length and how much they were going to customize it .. so far so good . I pick up my dress and it looks shorter than what we agreed unfortunately I did not take my shoes but I told them it was looked too short and they said "oh it will look great" .given that they are the experts I only insisted once on them alternating it again but they said "it will look great" . I trusted that. Then the sleeves needed some more alteration so I had to leave the dress there because they were not able to work on it while I was there . But even though I was on a tight scheduled I was very patient with them and asked my husband to pick it up later that day . So i was not able to try it on before it left the store but I trusted them because I was PROMISED IT WOULD LOOK GREAT . Well forward a couple of hours later, I try my dress on and omg . I am so not a picky person but OMG! The dressed fit horrible! Super short length it looks like a high water dressed (its supposed to be long and elegant) and very ugly alteration and one sleeve somewhat well altered and the other one so loose and Horrible!!! . SO Here I am a couple of hours prior to my event SOWING UP their mess!!!!!!! . Oh Sooo NOT worth their expensive price! 🙅‍♀️ .bottom line, if you rent, Never NEVER rent one that doesn't already fit great . They are not reliable when the dress needs alteration...

I rented two dresses for my girlfriend to wear to two different weddings. The lady that helped us assured us that the dress would be altered (length needed to be adjusted) as soon as we left. I picked up the dress the day before we flew out just like they instructed and trusting in them and their employee’s word she didn’t try on the dress. When she put it on the day of the wedding we come to find that no alteration was done and the dress was short and exposes her feet completely. When we returned the dress we asked to cancel the 2nd dress we reserved for December and they said they couldn’t cancel and refund the order. They offered to give us credit for an additional rental. We informed them we just want a refund and we will not be renting from them anymore so that is not an option. When asked when the manager or owner would be there they said that they only have workers and we couldn’t talk to management or owners since they don’t come into the store. The employee working told us that we could alter the dress ourselves if this were to happen again and that we should have known to do that to this dress as well. Horrible customer service and zero motivation to right a wrong that their employee committed. I would suggest trying anything on that you rent from them when you pick it up since they do not take responsibility for their...

My sister went in to find a prom dress. She saw one & I asked one of the workers if she could try it on & she responded with “No, that dress is a size 4, she looks like a size 6” & I asked again if she could try it on & she said “No, it’s not going to fit her” & “no, I wouldn’t risk it”. LIKE WHAT? 1. She assumed someone’s size just based on what she saw 2. She assumed her size to be BIGGER. Just a nicer way to say she’s too fat for the dress she wanted to try on. My sister ended up trying it on & IT FIT PERFECTLY. It was so rude for the worker to say something like that & come to her own conclusion that my sister was a certain size based on just looking at her. We didn’t ask what size she thought my sister was, we asked if she could try on the dress. What if the person she had said that to had weight issues, body dysmorphia, or very insecure? What if that one comment was their breaking point? You CANNOT assume someone’s size just by the way YOU think they look to you. VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I hope she NEVER says that to another...
