I came here on 5/9/21. The main reason for me coming here was to get brunch. Surprisingly, there wasn’t many options in the area.. at least that I could find. I was originally at 76 Bar and Kitchen but they were closed (but website or Google didn’t say that). I ended up walking 1/2 a mile to here, to prevent having to wait for another lyft and paying a ridiculous price for a half a mile trip. There was a sign at the entrance to seat yourself. There was live music. I sat and waited about 5 minutes before a waitress came over and got drink order, in which I got a water. The menus are digital. We ordered around 2:35. I got the chicken fried chicken (chicken breasts, 2 eggs, and hash browns) with a side of pancakes. I also got a mimosa, which was $4. (Note: I ordered this about 5 mins before ordering my food). My bf got the steak and and eggs. He got a mimosa too and a gummy bear shot (in which I ended up getting one too). Receive food at 12:47 and rest at 12:51. All of the food and the drinks were good. No real complaints at all, except the music was too loud at times. The eggs definitely needed salt and pepper, which I was able to add myself. According to receipts waitress was Bryanna. According to the recipe, a side of pancakes was $5 and not $4 as listed. Also, the chicken fried chicken was $12, which was about $3-$4 cheaper than what menu said. I ate my pancakes later, as I got full, lol. I would come back, if I’m ever in town again.

Service from managers is atrocious (they’re also bartenders). After my second drink and I was finished I squeezed my white claw and put my wallet out after 15 minutes no ask for another order or to close out. This happened a few months ago by the bald guy but thought it was a fluke. The thing is they took my plate and white claw can and even served people next to me without asking. I ended up having to walk to a waiter station to cash out and found a 18% gratuity and 3% service fee even though I paid cash. I asked for those to be refunded and got 1/3 of it back. This was the one time I intended to not tip especially to them. They said they add those charges for anyone who orders the special. It’s not posted or on the menu and it was just me at 7pm. I asked a distance away from customers if I had done anything to offend them as I just look at my Phone at the end of the bar while there. I gave a 50% tip to the waiter directly that served me entirely and he was great but had unfortunately clocked out before me. Receipt image attached for reference.

!! ADDING AN ADDITIONAL TIP WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!

Had dinner here with a group of nine on a Monday night, they had live music and .25 cent wings so I convinced my friends to try out this place. Monica was our server and the first thing I noticed was, she rudely asked for our drinks while simultaneously pointing her index finger out to a couple of us asking “what do you want”. After she left we all said “damn” and we went on to say maybe she’s just having a bad day and we all felt that considering we all work retail. Took a while to get our alc drinks so in the meantime she asked for our names for the bill, again there’s nine of us so it was a long table and there’s live music going on, as shes asking around she stays at the head of the table while I’m at the complete opposite and I have to yell to her over my other friends that are chatting amongst themselves which I think is rude of me to be yelling across a table when she could’ve easily came around. My martini was honestly gross and I had asked for a water which she took forever to bring. Our appetizers came out with our food. (that’s just something that I’m picky with, I hate when appetizers don’t come out before the main meal) I constantly kept looking for her to get a refill on my water. Every time I reminded her she would either forget or take 10-20 min to just refill my cup. Whenever she would drop an additional drink off she would sigh so loud like if she ran a marathon and at one point sat down at our table. To me I thought she was unprofessional and I know the environment isn’t all that and I know sitting down and chatting with your tables is fun and all but at least keep the service to a par if that’s the case. We got our checks, saw that gratuity was included and to be quite honest I felt that, the grat to service ratio made sense so I left no additional tip. The next morning I wake up to a text message saying that my total has changed. Monica added an additional tip to my total when her service wasn’t even surpassing the bare minimum. This is theft and credit card fraud and I have seen 4 other reviews mentioning about an additional tip added and that is not okay. Who knows how many other people Monica has stolen from. I wasn’t planning on complaining or writing a review about her poor service because again, we have our bad days but to steal from someone...

Good food, terrible service. I usually don’t waste my time leaving reviews but this had to be done. I usually come with my coworkers for taco Tuesday, but for some reason every time we are attended the waitress always has a bad attitude, and it’s always the same one Monica G. Now it might be because we stopped tipping but the only reason we stopped was due to their terrible service. It takes around 20mins for someone to come and take ur order, another 30mins to receive order, if you want a refill forget about it, the girls are always in the back for 10-15min doing god knows what. Oh and if you want ur check you best ask for it while ur eating if not they will take another 20min for the whole process. Don’t even bother with the owner, if these girls are still here and getting away with all of this then it says so much abt the owner. Today Monica G one of the waitresses decided to go out of her way and do what was not necessary. I had gone to the register to get my receipt the man asked for us to hold on since he wasn’t our waitress, reasonable. Once monica comes out I ask for my receipt, please let’s keep in mind I was in the front of the register waiting. She goes and takes another customer her receipt, okay that’s fine you were tending to them first. But then she goes out of her way to take my receipt to my table when I was already waiting for her in the front, what was this about? I did let her know it was rude of her part. And it’s not just her also the other managers, I definitely feel in a way these reviews are rigged cause how is it that I’m seeing 5star reviews from years ago and negative reviews from a few months ago all to the bottom. Cheap food,...
