SCAMMERS 2025: falsely billing clients whom paid off there balance more than twice.
The previous manger years ago was pretty awesome so much that I made two full purchases and paid it off. Welp a New manager maybe Karen sent me a bill 3 years later saying I owe them money for a box spring they said they couldn’t deliver during covid. The manager Karen was polite the first two calls when I explained the previous manager wiped the debt and kept the box spring again due to no transportation to deliver of receiving she confirmed you won’t be billed you will receive a zero balance I understand well there they are sending a bill every month increasing saying it’s been past due.
However this bill reappeared just January of 2025 each month with added fees when 3 years ago I was told my account was paid off. The credit manager is looking through old files of payments being fully paid and billing people I am sure because of limited furniture purchase. I would get double copies of everything don’t take there word for nothing and pay close to attention to whatever they bill you because they are scamming people. Now on call 5 the manager believe her name is Karen said we need to sit down and talk I still have the 3 year old box spring you can come get it other than that I have a contract regardless of what the other manager said and regardless of what I original agreed (wipe your balance zero since we still have the box spring product). Meanwhile the agreement came with transportation how dare you bill me, tell me my debt would be clear 2x , than keep sending a increasing bill, than say nope you gotta pay it or come get the 3 year old box spring. We have been dealing with this company since 2001...bought a set of LR furniture. 2 sets of bunkbeds, then in 20013 bought LR furniture agin..had it for 6 months and it began to start looking wrinkled, it was Leather! After about 8 months its began to peel, the couch, loveseat and chair is now doing the same thing! Have tried talking to them about it no avail they said they would send me some extra fabric to repair it but we would have to pay to have it upholstered!! Called to check and was gonna be 500$ for just the couch!! Even called the main headquarters nothing! Said it was not under warranty. well duh!! It would not have been even if we had bought the full warranty!!!! Now they are wanting to sue!! This is a shame to sale junk like this and its sitting in my LR which is very embarassing which should be more embarrasing to them when asked where I bought it and I tell them! PATHETIC!!!!! DO NOT purchase anything from this place awful!!!!!!!!! Read moreI wish I could give them five stars but I’m so frustrated right now. I purchased a sectional and ottoman from them and had it delivered on October 29. When delivered I noticed that the Ottoman was not the same gray colored swirls as the couch and throw pillows I also noticed that it was wet. I asked the delivery guys and they said that that’s the one they were told to bring and it was the one off of the floor and it had stains on it so they tried to remove them with stain remover. This was very saddening to me because it was going in our new townhome we had just moved into and I was spending a lot of money on this furniture. I called and the first gentleman I spoke to let me know he would get Mike the manager to give me a call back and they would get me taken care of. I waited all day the next day and never heard from Mike so I gave the store a call back again and was able to speak with Mike and he told me they had a brand new ottoman on order and it would be there on Tuesday and he would deliver it himself.
