I guess I was the wrong color, not a regular. Not sure. I could tell my waitress wasn't 'happy' with me. No greeting. No welcome. In fact, I waited about 3 minutes while she talked with the ladies and watched something on her phone. When she finally acknowledged me - she was polite. She never asked if I wanted food or even another drink. I asked HER if there was food and ordered a medium cheese burger. That came out well done.
I easily have 2 - 3 drinks at a bar. I was never asked if I wanted another drink. I finally gave up and asked for the check. I will never return.....
UPDATE: I really appreciate the manager responding to my review. I agree with you and know that folks can have bad days. To say to a person of color or a woman that their experiences, feelings, vibes are something they shouldn't share (or call them reckless) is not the best move or response. I am far from reckless and didn't say it lightly, also DID say I wasn't sure and glad to hear it's not the norm.
Let me add this. I arrived late afternoon. There was only about 14 people inside. I walked in and sat 2 bar stools down from 2 women that the bartender was talking to. It was obvious something happened at the bar recently and that's what was being talked about. I wasn't acknowledged by anyone. The conversation went on. I was the only person of color in the bar. A few minutes a Black man who appeared to work there came out. He looked at me, gave me a nod and I asked if they served food. He said, "absolutely ". Another man came behind the bar, walked past me and started speaking to the 2 women too. He passed me again, walked around and sat next to them and continued talking. During this time another bartender showed up on the other side. A group of about 4 people walked in and was greeted by name and immediately served. A gentleman Sat a few stools down from me was greeted by name and given a beer. Another group of 6 people walked in and sat at a table was waved at and told someone would be right there.
The bartender moved from the conversation to get the 2 ladies another drink. As she passed by me with the drink is when I asked for a menu and was able to order a drink and the first time I was spoken to. I was never asked if I wanted another drink or if my food was okay.
I was the only different, new, maybe unknown person in the bar ..... so why I questioned and noticed that I wasn't getting the same treatment.... didn't want to write all of this. But thought it was important to add additional context.
I will actually take you up on the offer to give you all another try and will update my experiences...

*Edit 4-22-22 I love how you blame a negative situation perpetuated by your "employee" on my "charming personality," after I responded negatively to being discriminated against. It's as if you were expecting me to give a great review after a bad experience, because we all know for certain people there is no such thing as consequences for your behavior. Your ability to take accountability really reinforces my faith in the idea of you "addressing the situation immediately." I didn't say anything to the waitress, because I know how these situations end up. I just simply left your fine...
