Customer Service is horrible. I'm uncertain if this business actually like servicing African Americans. I literally called in my order 30mins away. The person over the phone told me it would be ready in 25mins. I driven to the store, walked in an employee came out from the back while the other employee helped a customer at the drive-thru window. I politely stated to the employee that came from the back my name and I was there to pick up my call in odrer the employee told me I had to tell "HER" (the girl that was working the drive-thru window) So I waited, As she got finished handling the customer in the drive-thru she walked to the double doors in the back about three time back and fourth as I stood there. I'm the ONLY customer in the store at this present moment and no other customer is at the drive-thru window. After the third time from walking back and forth without any acknowledgement towards me literally standing there. She then proceeded to come around me just to walk pass me and fix a big cup of tea from the self service tea and soda machine while still haven't acknowledging that I was standing there.. At this point I proceeded to place my debit card wallet back inside my purse, here comes a customer in the drive-thru window and she runs to that customer just to ask them "How may I help you? I immediately walked out. And said to myself, NEVER AGAIN because my hard earn money will be spent where it's WELCOME! This is awful, crazy, and sad especially in a world we live in today. I will NEVER return here! First time customer and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I drove up to the window and was told it was a pick up window only which was not a problem. After getting the phone number from the cashier, I literally called (same young lady answers the phone) while pulling away from the window and parking directly across from it. Placed my order for a Southern BLT combo meal (has fried green tomatoes) and was told it would be 15-20 min. After 20 min, I pull back up to the window to be told by another worker that they were out of fried green tomatoes. I asked why no one called me since I had to provide my call back number, not to mention I was parked right across from the window. The girl that took my order lied stating she had attempted to call and I didn't answer. She finally admitted someone was on the phone and she hadn't called (she never came to the window). I'm speaking to the manager at this point who stated there was nothing she could do regarding the inconvenience. The manager also stated, "I don't why she allowed you to order that knowing we were out of green tomatoes." The only solution they offered was to put red tomatoes or cancel my order, with a shoulder shrug at that. I shouldn't have to pay an up charge to have the chicken on my Buffalo chicken sandwich not be dry. I always ask that my sandwich be slightly wet (with hot sauce) bc if I don't request that there is pretty much no sauce on the chicken and the sandwich is dry. So basically I only want enough sauce on there to not have a dry sandwich and I'd like to actually be able to taste the hot sauce. Today, however, when I picked my order I was charged extra. That's stupid. There was only the amount of sauce on there that there actually should be. The girl in the drive thru needs to work on her customer service skills as well. She CLEARLY didn't want to be there today. This is the first negative experience I've had here which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 3. Today's service definitely only gets a 3 star rating. But overall I do really like the food here and will continue to go back and recommend to others. They just need to not make their sandwiches so darn dry. Put a little sauce on it and don't charge extra for how it should come in the first place. Their wings are properly coated in sauce so why isn't the chicken on the sandwich done so as well?
