THIS LOCATION SOLD ME SWAI FISH as Catfish!!! If anyone else ordered a catfish dinner and it didn’t taste right… this weekend.. you were eating SWAI too!! I ordered catfish, they gave me Swai. On Saturday 3/2/24 I placed an order for (2) 3 piece catfish fillet meals (6 fillets total). I have ordered catfish here many times and never any issues. This time the fish was different, it was really soft, like it was not fully cooked. I spoke w/ Miguel,(manager )to report the issue. He immediately said, you can bring it back, but I couldn’t have catfish, because in error the location received swai instead of catfish. They had no catfish fillet. Instead of offering to refund my money, he offered to replace the fillets with red snapper the next day. I came the next day ( today Sunday after church 3/3/24) with the 2 -3 pcs “swai”. Miguel now said he didn’t know it was 2 3pc orders. He only replace one order and said he would refund the other order with a receipt. I brought the receipt back, then he refused to refund the one order he did not replace. 1 purchase the following: 1 3pc whole catfish dinner 2 3pc catfish fillet dinners That totaled order was over $48, ( I had the receipt for Miguel)and the supervisor in charge promised to replace the fillet meal & give an extra fillet for the inconvenience. Instead he replace ONE dinner with a fish I never requested, and when I presented him with the receipt, as HE requested he refused to credit the cost of a fish dinner. Miguel apologized for selling me the Swai , by mistake, but refused to credit the cost. This was horrible customer service. He could have offered to substitute whole catfish or just refunded the amount I was charged for the swai fish that I never requested or even asked for!! This is one of the worst...

Came to JJs this evening, the food is Always VERY GOOD, however the customer service leaves something to be desired. When I walked up the young lady (no name tag) with blonde curly hair was busy on her phone. Her co worker had to alert her to let her know that a customer was standing in front of the counter to give an order. I ordered a 12 piece perch and some Jalapeños. When asked if I wanted seasoning I asked if I could get it on the side and was rudely told no. I then asked if I could get an empty container for the seasoning on the counter I was told no, that I would have to use a napkin. I have worked in the restaurant industry and was taught how to treat customers so that we could provide great service. This young lady clearly needs to be re-trained. After my food was ready, the same young man who alerted his co worker of my presence gladly gave me a container for the seasoning. The food here is always fresh but the young lady working at the register on fri 22 Aug at 4:30 pm needs a lesson in service...

Food was Good. Had the 3 Piece Trout Dinner w/Fries. Restaurant location seems fairly New, Clean and Neat in appearance. Service could use some improvement. On Saturday, 11 October 2025, I came in and place my Order, with only a small number of customers inside ahead of me. On my Receipt Ticket my order was placed at 11:44 AM. They were kinda slow in get orders out. I didn't receive my Food Order until 12:07. I only ordered the 3 Piece Trout 🐟🐟🐟 Dinner with Fries. A🍟 . Again this JJs Restaurant location wasn't jam packed when I arrived and place my order. 3 Pieces of Fish + Fries should have taken over 15 Minutes. Overall the Food and other this were on Point. This JJs just needs to pull pick up the pace a bit. I got here on a Saturday only 44 Minutes after they opened. I wasn't Blowed Out with Customers and it took them over 15 minutes to complete my order. I can only imagine how long it would take to get my order when the Lunch or Dinner Rush Hour Customers pull up. Y'all cook with me. Just pick...
