I visited your establishment yesterday with a friend, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Our total came out to $26, which seemed unusually high given the small amount we ordered. We were caught off guard and ended up being $4 short, as we did not expect the cost to be nearly $30 which is frankly unreasonable. I also believe the cashier may have rung up our order incorrectly. On top of that, her attitude toward us was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. My friend apologized multiple times for the brief wait, yet the cashier continued to treat us poorly. Was so sad when Yumz! in Crystal Lake shut down years back, and was happy there’s still a froyo place open in McHenry. When I first tried the flavors here a couple years ago, they were NOT it, gross, something was off and even my favorite flavor I didn’t like. Wasn’t going to come back, but I happened to be nextdoor today and thought might as well try it again, and I’m glad I did because the flavors are great this time around. Love this place! The frozen yogurt is always yummy (Dutch Chocolate, Cake Batter!!) and their topping selection is HUGE. If you prefer to go healthier you can top your froyo with fruit, but if you want to go full out crazy with the toppings, this place hooks you up: many different kinds of candies, chocolates, cereals, nuts, pretzels, bobas, gummies, every kind of syrup imaginable.
