Subway — Restaurant in Johnsburg

I went to the location as usual and attempted to order the new double chicken bacon ranch, but since the coupon I had didn't apply to the new menu I tried changing it to a regular chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I was told bacon would be extra, I tried clarifying that I wanted a sandwich that already had it on the order I was still told it would be extra. I was very annoyed with the workers, I understand that bacon on any REGULAR sandwich is extra but on sandwiches where the price is already included on the sandwich is ridiculous. I ended up changing my order to a chicken tariyaki and proceeded to forget to ask them to toast the sandwich in frustration. I get menus change and each franchisee is allowed to put restrictions and pricing on their sandwiches but a simple menu change should not cause a sandwich that INCLUDES bacon in the original price to have an upcharge on bacon. The coupons were accepted and I left frustrated from the employees and the franchisee's actions but I am just puzzled on Why something like this would occur. I wasn't asking for bacon on a sandwich that didn't already included it...

Every single time I come to this subway I get the same younger gentleman (20s I’d guess, he also has glasses). He’s ALWAYS SO NICE AND SUPER FRIENDLY. I care for my 89 year old grandmother and often people treat her like a burden. Not here! Every time he’s always so kind and patient with her. She’s hard of hearing and the mask doesn’t help. He always brings his voice up a little bit to talk with her and doesn’t mind that it takes her sometime to place her order. I really appreciate his hard work and positive attitude. It might be something small but it goes a long way....

I love this Subway. Very friendly and personable owner(?). Always smiling and interacting with customers. The shop is clean and organized. The food/bread is fresh and delicious. They don’t skimp on the meat. Two nice scoops of meat on the steak and cheese. I never pass up a sandwich from Subway on my way...
