There have been a few times when I came in looking to buy with a budget, and Larry went over all my options and price points trying to get me the best deal within my spending limit. Larry treats you with respect, and takes your requests very seriously!

He has a long history of CB repair and service. A few months ago, I had purchased a non-transmitting Radioshack HTX-100 10 meter radio. After trying and failing to troubleshoot my unit, I knew exactly who to take it to! Within minutes, he opened up the case and troubleshooted the unit right in front of me! Upon leaving the unit with him, he kept me up to date on the repair process via phone and email! In the end, I got a working 10 meter rig!

I was having intermittent trouble with my CB. Sometimes I could hear people clearly and other times it was all static when they keyed. Same with others trying to hear me, sometimes clear and other times not. Larry is extremely knowledgeable and came highly recommended. While he does not typically work on my type of equipment he was able to do some diagnostics and quickly found it was my antenna. He had a new one one that fit my setup and OMG for the first time ever I can hear others up to a mile away like they were next to me. Larry has good intentions but takes on more work than he can complete. Had my Headset for two months and couldn’t get around to looking at. I had to drive 3 hours round trip to go drop it off and then another 3 hours when he said he is overwhelmed and has no idea when he will be able to look at it. Problem I had is he was very eager to take the job but then waste 6 hours and two months of my time because he is “overwhelmed “. I gave him 3 stars instead of 1 because he seemed genuinely stressed and I think he would have done a great job given better time management.
