Honestly, I cannot believe I am even writing this review. I say that because never in a million reasons would I ever think that I would need an Attorney/Lawyer. I am they type of person that knows the laws and obeys them. However, life threw me a curve ball and here I am. If you are looking for an Attorney that cares, listens and acts please contact James Rogers Jr. When this all started for me I was contacted by about 30 law offices. I called several offices to get an appointment to explain my case and find out what my options were. All but a hand full that I called did not want to take my appointment for one reason or another. Ill be honest, several law offices were rude. When you have never had legal troubles and you really need someone to listen and comfort you its troubling to realize that so many Attorney/Lawyers are just in it for the money. I contacted Mr. Rogers office and they immediately set an appointment with me. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I sat with Mr. Rogers talking about my situation for about an hour. He never once looked at his watch or made me feel he had other things to tend to. Once I finished telling him about my case he was very thorough in discussing the options I had. He spoke in such a calming manner that I knew I could trust him to get the job done! I stress that he spoke to me in a calming manner because he mentioned to me that he would have to reach out to the other party involved in my case. I knew that he would be able to talk to that person without seeming rude or pushy. All the other offices I had contacted before him would have made my situation worse just by the tone and inflection in their voice. He will also fight for you! When it finally came down to my court appearance he was fighting to make sure I could get the best deal. We went back and forth on my case trying to get the best deal possible. I highly recommend James Rogers! He is extremely easy to approach, very knowledgeable, doesn't cast judgment and is kind. I truly believe that you will never find an attorney who is as knowledgeable about the law as well as the process of the court system. James is not only a master of his profession he is a caring and compassionate person. He understands how frightening and confusing the process is and does everything in his power to help his clients understand what is happening every step of the way, he even answers calls for help nights and weekends. When I called James the first time he listened and was honestly interested in what I had to say. He gave me excellent advice from the first phone conversation and that thoughtful, thorough and genuinely caring guidance never stopped. James always made me feel comfortable about calling or texting him any time, I never felt like I was bothering him when I asked the same question twice because I just needed to make sure I understood. James took the time to evaluate the situation and provided us with the best possible course of action. He kept us completely informed through out the entire process. James was the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I honestly do not know what the outcome would have been had we not met James. It is completely clear to anyone who encounters James Rogers that he truly cares for people and wants to help, it is why James is an awesome attorney.
