My daughter and I had 2 bad experiences yesterday. Our first experience was in the morning. We found make up sponges in the clearance section. They have an awesome clearance section. When we were checking out I informed the cashier where we found it, if she can please check if it was on clearance as well. Without checking she said "No" I responded "Can you please check?" She had trouble checking and then said "No, it was not" I said "Ok" and continue with my purchases. At the end of the transaction she was very persistant having me apply for the Marshall Credit card. I was polite and kept saying "No Thank You" I understand that is required of them. "No, Thank You" means "No Thank you" the first time. My disappointment was she refused to check if the make up sponges where on clearance or not.
My daughter went back that evening to exchange crocs for a smaller size. She informed me when she got home she can not find her debit card. She thinks she dropped it in the parking space at Marshalls. She called Marshalls and explained to the young lady that answer the phone "if it was a possiblity someone can please check the parking spot right in front of the outside doors for her debit card" Young lady said "No, there is not enough employees on the floor" We drove 30 minutes back to Marshalls. I found her debit card where she was parked. I went inside to ask who my daughter spoked to on the phone. Young lady said it was her. It sounded like she said "Husan" I explained to her we just drove 30 mins to look for my daughters debit card. It would have taken one of the employees "5 seconds" to walk out and take a look. She said "The employees were on break and there was no one available" Hmmmm? I said "That is not what you told my daughter" The manager was standing in front of the cashiers register when I was addressing the situation. I told young lady "good customer service was just to have an employee take "5 Seconds" to go look" Manager asked "You found the card outside" I said "Yes" all she said was "Oh, Wow" "Oh, Wow" that is all she can say. Neither of them apologize.
It's hard to find good customer...
Read moreI travel an hour to come shop here bc it’s one of my favorites and always stocked nicely and never had a bad experience till today :( they had a section dedicated to juicy bags which me and my family were very excited and happy to get our hands on a bag I’ve been looking for a very long time and the worker ( with the bunny tattoo and thick glasses ) was stocking the bags in which she kept getting awfully close to my mother in which I don’t know if her goal was to make us uncomfortable to move us away from that area but a simple excuse me would’ve been nice :( and kept stocking literally right infront of our faces again we would’ve moved if she had said excuse me! After that I had came back around to the pjs section and I overhead her mimicking me and my sister to her coworker about how dumb we pretty much sounded to be excited over the bags :( a little after that I had turn the corner with my cart and didn’t see her in which I said oh im sorry and she proceeded to have a stank face and ignored me and kept walking :/ I wish I would’ve had spoken up but I was just really bummed how someone could be so miserable and not a girls girl over the fact that simply me and my family were excited about the cute bags idk again just felt uncomfortable and bummed the whole time at...
