McMinnville Plaza — Local services in McMinnville

Such a cool and beautiful place. The airplane museum was so awesome. It's the first (and only) time I've ever seen a fighter jet up close and in person. They are kinda bigger than I thought they were, yet kinda smaller than I thought too. I suppose I had no idea about their size. Very exciting to see none the less. I was actually there to attend the RC Airplane Convention that was hosted there in the back parking lot. A rather small gathering that they usually do annually, but skipped it last year do to covid-19 hoax. It's not important that you agree with me on that topic, I'm here to give my opinion of the McMinnville Plaza. Overall, I'm giving 5 stars because it was impressive how neat and clean everything was; including the landscaping, the airplanes parked all around, the parking lot and the streets and walkways were very nice indeed. An absolute pleasure to be there. It was a busy Saturday that we were there and it wasn't terribly crowded, there were people all around but it's quite spacious and didn't feel crowded at all. To be perfectly honest, I'm looking forward to the next time I'm traveling from Portland to the coast, I'll definitely stop there for a leg-stretching break...

Is it a job requirement for the customer service desk employees to be frustrated when they have to do a couple minutes of work to fix a customer service issue. It's not my fault as a consumer that your app and pos systems are full of gremlins which lead to overcharges and mistakes that cost customers money they shouldn't have had to pay. I'm sure it's a pain to have to price adjust stuff, but please don't make my family (including my elderly mother) feel as if we are obviously an inconvenience. And Safeway, shame on you for how many $Thousands. Prob Hundreds of thousands or more that you have taken and kept from your customers - who thought they were purchasing items at sale prices. It's such a disappointment that our family's favorite grocery store is not operating above board, which Especially hurts and causes harm to our poor and working poor who rely on discounts and sales. I hope you get your act together soon, seemingly at the corporate level, and stop acting so ugly and short changing those who need help...

Staff here is/are not exactly helpful at times. I prefer to have an employee ring up my purchases as I believe the self checkout takes jobs away from people that want to work. There have been times when I'm there, say around 9pm, when I've been told I have to do my own checkout cuz there's not enough employees to have a checker. Have spoken to the store manager & he couldn't, possibly, care less about the issue. Even when I mentioned that he's putting the employees at risk having only 2 on staff, he absolutely didn't care. Perhaps that's why they continue to struggle finding new...
